Tell us your procedure, your prep, application, brand and then we can advise you. The secret to long lasting acrylics is a combination of all those factors.

Step one- shape the nails
Step 2- cuticles
Step 3- buff (dehydrate nail)
Step 4- nails wipe
Step 5- glue on tips
Step 6- cut tips down
Step 7- blend in tips
Step 8- shape tips
Step 9- buff nail and tip
Step 10- wipe
Step 11- apply acrylic (2 layers)
Step 12- file and buff to even the acrylic
Step 13- paint or gel

I don't use specific brands I just try whatever at the wholesalers.

Could you suggest good strong brands and any suggestions?

Thank you.

Are you using one brand for your acrylic? I wouldn't mix and match brands of polymer and monomer- in general it's a big no no. I personally trained with CND and now use INK London acrylink and CJP and only have problems when I'm being lazy doing my own nails and don't prep properly. Otherwise I get three strong weeks out of them- if i could ever bear to leave them that long! Most brands do sampler/tester kits and most have great websites detailing what they offer to be able to use a brand from start to finish. I tried a few (which included treating myself to treatments at local salons to try out brands) and discovered what I liked and didn't like that way. X

If you're mixing systems that may be an issue. Also the ratio will be different so it's best to stick to one system and work with that. Which brand did you use for training?
Nsi, young nails, cnd, cjp are some of the top quality brands.
Cuticle work has to be very precise as this will cause lifting.
You never mentioned a bonder however as I don't use the same system I don't know if it's required.
