Hi, My hair is a complete mess. I get it cut regularly but its still a mess. I leave the salon looking like I had nothing cut off! My hairdresser is a bit "scissor shy" It needs a REALLY good cut put back in. At the moment my hairdresser just cuts as little off as possible, exactly how I describe it and doesnt add any of her own creative flair to the cut 
Prior to her my hair was lovely! The lady cut it really well and always added her own creativity to it and highlightred it really well too.
Now I want a total change. My hair is mousy blonde and highlights 3/4 of the way up but I have very blonde tips. I would love a cut that frames my face, with a nice fringe and some shocking pink streaks mixed in. But I need advice.
So, Does anyone live in Cardiff (Im in Fairwater) do or know of a good decent hairdresser that could do my hair for me? Im feeling horrid, look pale all the time and need a good pick me up.
