L'Oréal or Wella colour courses

Hi Iv just completed my level 2 and will be doing level 3 in September. I want to do a L'Oréal or wella colour course as they are my 2 choices of colours (il be mobile once Iv finished) we use affinage at college and I'd prefer to use something I can just buy off the shelf from Sally's or capital as they both have shops a short drive away. Im in Sussex and so far capital and Sally's only have courses much further away.
