L'Oreal Customer Care?

Anyone had to deal with Customer "Care" at L'Oreal ? Think they may be breaching the trade description act...... using the word CARE!
Not going to bore you geeks with the details.
Just wanted to know how you got on when you needed help with a client compaint.

I've usually found them to be great if I am honest, but I'm unsure of what you mean by dealing with a client complaint. Do you mean one of your clients?

Having used Wella and L'Oreal I must say wella were friendly and more efficient with regards to the customer care and technical advice line precious salon dropped L'Oreal due to late orders, average reps and not supporting salons on the whole.

Thanks for replys.Client had a genuine complaint .Total lack of interest and very poor communication from the company.
