Hello all,

This is my first post so hi ya!!! :)

Like most girls I love getting my hair and nails done but I don't like the ever climbing costs.

A year ago I decided I would learn and do my acrylic nails myself which is a god send and a massive saving, they look great all the time and no rushing off for salon appointments.

I'm now thinking about colouring my hair myself as thousands of people do.

My hair dresser uses loreal diacolour gelee on my hair and I can see it's widely available for me to get my hands on and continue using.

Is there a website that someone can point me in the right direction of that explains exactly what I need to do and with the releaser etc.

I know many of you might say just go to a salon but I work long hours and my hair is really long so they charge me a fortune!!

Any help or advice would be massively welcomed xxxx

Hiya hun,
this is a pro site, were not here to give advice on colours to diyers.

If you're finding it too expensive could you not find a local training school or college that has a working salon? x

Not meaning to appear rude, though I thought that was exactly what this particular area forum was for?

The mixing ratio and development time is on the can and I know it has a dedicated releaser. Thats all I know I am afraid.

I know it's the consumer forum but it's not for giving untrained people advice on how to use pro colours. x

Asked and answered.
This consumer section is for non qualified or aspiring pros to ask advice from professionals. It is not for asking how to do DIY treatments, that our professionals have trained long and hard to do ;)
I shall now close this thread.
