Loreal pastel on 100% white need help

So my 65+ yr old is looking for pink on her hair. We work with loreal & only wants to use semi/quasi.
She wants to go with a pinky colour.
I don't like the loreal colour directs so did richesse or dia light seem to be my option.
Can anyone tell me if they used it before and how it turned out.

You could use inoa clear + red, or if using a dia color prelighten to give the hair some porosity.
