Lumps on my face?

I've had these sort of spot/lump things on my face for as long as I can remember! They're not squeezable and I exfoliate every day... Does anyone know what it could be or how I can solve it? Thanks in advance

We really can't diagnose or suggest anything without more information about you, your Skincare routine, any medications you're on, and also the state of your skin generally. This is really best seen in the flesh, so to speak.

Even without this info, a picture would help. Are you able to post one?

As said above as a therapist we can't diagnose but from what i hear it sounds like a cyst and a fairly common especially in those with oily skin. I know myself that recently a client of mine had hers removed after seeing her doctor and it was a simple procedure and you wouldn't know any different now. go see your gp. hope that helps.

Try not to exfoliate too often, everyday can cause sensitivity, redness, and can cause your skin to produce more sebum and breakouts as it's too much for the skin. Cut it down to once a week, and just cleanse, tone and moisturise daily. See if it makes a difference!
