Hi,

I’ve just qualified and am currently setting up a mobile business... I was taught that a luxury mani included a cuticle oil soak in a manicure finger bowl. I’m finding that the amount of oil needed for this treatment is very expensive!
Can anyone confirm if this is what you offer in a mani/luxury mani. And if so, what oil are you using?

Thanks! X

No need to use a bowl of oil.
For a luxury manicure just apply a little oil to the hand, put a plastic bag over it and then insert into a heated mitt for ten minutes. After this remove the bag and complete your massage using the oil that's left on the skin

Thanks for your response to my question. Do you then proceed with applying a hand mask and popping the hands back into the heated mittens again?

I would do either hot oil OR mask but not both together- no point, they both hydrate.
If you are looking to give an extended luxury manicure then do an exfoliation before either.
