Massive eyelash extension problem please help

So about 5 days ago I got eyelash extensions done and they are lovely, only 1 has fallen out since! But since maybe the 2nd or even 1st day the most inner eyelash extended of one of my eyes has kind of dropped down across my eye! It's also turned a really strange pale colour (just the extension not the actual eyelash) making it really noticeable as it hangs down so low. It also sticks to my bottom lashes and pokes me in the eye which is so annoying and uncomfortable! I'm going on holiday in 2 days and the provider of my eyelashes is away so they can't help me I'm really worried I just want this to be better before my holiday! Someone please help?!
I thought maybe I could cut it at the very root? I have tried pulling it off but no luck. It won't comb back up or even curl around another lash. I'd just like advice on how to fix this myself please as all my other lashes are perfect!

The only thing I could suggest is visiting another salon that does lash extensions and ask them to correct the issue. I'm sure they would be happy to help you seeing as it's causing so much trouble and your usual tech is away. I wouldn't advise you cut it or pull it, you are likely to cause damage to your natural lash. I hope you got sorted in time for your holiday 😊

Yes I agree all salons that do eyelash ext will have a remover for them so just ask another therapist to remove this lash that is causing you bother. :Grope:
