matrix opti smooth

Hi all, i was just wondering can anybody give me some advice on optismmoth by matrix,,,,,,, can it be used on hair that has been foiled with bleach and 9% ????

Hi have used on a lady that was dark but had bleach blonde highlighted hair previously underneath the dark and was fine. From my experience as long as the condition of hair is good and you have carried out strand test etc it has been ok but every head of hair is different. Hope this helps.
