Men's styling product which is gentle & won't pull hair out?

Hi everyone,

I'm a male in need of advice on styling product recommendations that are gentle yet strong and will not pull on my hair.

Currently, I'm using wax and clay. The wax I'm using is soft and pasty, but once I emulsify it in my palms, they become sticky and pull on my hair when I style it...

I'm experiencing minor hair loss and this is definitely not helping.

Does such a product exist?

I've tried gel, but I don't want a shiny look. I want a more matte/natural look. :green:

Goldwell do a product called roughman which is like a paste but more liquid? If you get what I mean, and there's also full rebel which is slightly more liquid again their both fab products

Lol it is a bit expensive but it really is a good product, if you want something cheaper try the schwarpskopf got 2 b range there's lots of different types of hair products available pretty much everywhere from chemists to super markets their usually between £1 & £5 so not such a prob if you buy one and decide it's not the right one you could try another, don't get the orange coloured tub tho that is thick and would pull your hair as you said yours does

Another little tip is to mix the thicker product with a little bit of a wetter product, rub it together in your fingers and apply like that, I used to do that with a paste and gel for my boys because they always said I hurt their hair lol
