Nicola Crellin-Bansal (NCB) started Micro-pigmentation in 2000 with PMC, initially this was for the development of Level 4 Salon Management in Further Education.

NCB successfully developed level 4 and the practical skills which involved Micro-pigmentation.

NCB now has her own private training centre and regularly trains professionals in the art of Micro-pigmentation.

Micro-pigmentation or as it is better known as Semi-permanent Make-up, has evolved over the years and from harsh lip liners to a now, natural soft lip blush and natural hair stroke brows, it is possible to have a natural Make-up enhancement rather than harsh, hard, obvious lines, it is now possible to have eye enhancements and not necessarily block eyeliner.

Semi-permanent Make-up is applied for many reasons, people with poor eyesight, illnesses, or just wants to enhance facial areas and go on holiday without the need to use Make-up.
