Hey geeks, just a few questions for all ye extentionist out there!

I got micro ring extentions put in last Saturday, it was abit of a last min rush job as I wasn't ment to get them at all but on the Friday before I had my hair cut way too short as I had a big party on Saturday I rang round seeing if anyone was free to put the extentions in before the party (I was going to call the whole thing off over my hair lol)
Anyway to my questions so far 6 pieces have fallen out and about 3 more are loose, altogether there is about 100 pieces (yes I counted lol) is this normal?! I bought a extention hair brush and have been using that and I have been using osmo moisture shampoo and conditioner but only on the ends I have also been using blue shampoo as my hair is platinum are these ok to use or do I need to get another shampoo?! I think I read somewhere that bedhead was good for extentions?!
One last questions should I bring in the pieces ASAP to get them put back in or will I wait another few weeks till I go back for a blow dry?!

Think that's all for now! I'm sure ill be back with more questions tho hehe :D

You should get a specialist extension shampoo. Whichever brand of hair you have in will have a range of specialist products to use as more often than not the company will 'guarentee' the hair providing you have used their aftercare. It is normal for you to lose a few bonds. Usually around 15 or so over the months you have the hair but usually your extentionist will replace them at your maintainance appointment at around 6 - 8 weeks. If its noticabe though, I'd give them a ring & ask them to put them back in for you.
