Micro ring hair extensions please help. micro rings-hair suppliers-client issues HELP

Hi i have been doing micro ring hair extensions for a while. i find when i fit a full head with the small micro rings some clients complain about the rings turning silver.. i always tell my supplier(ive tried a few) but they will always reply saying, 'oh that doesnt usually happen'. does anyone know of a reliable supplier i can buy from? if you can recomend anyone that would be great.

also another query, the other day i had some1 tell me their hair all slid out...does anyone ever find this happend to their clients? its not something that happens with most my clients but every now and again some1 will complain of this. how would you handle this? i cant 4 the life of me imagin what the client is doing with their hair for so many to slide out!!

also i use asain remi hair, i find the quality great in my hair but some clients find it too thick and coarse and they are looking for something softer. i am really stuggling to find good hair but its been so hard, so any ideas let me know. i have been told great lengths is amazing hair but u can only buy from greath lengths if you have traing with them. but, im looking for something similar to great lengths x

1. i never heard of them turning silver, but sometimes microrings become sharp on the sides. and cut customers hair strand around the bond. it did not happen to my clients, but it happened to me. when i was wearing micro ring extensions. the girl who did my hair used very small microrings and had to push in the strands hardly, but thats how she works.to prevent falling out. so I am now using silicone microrings on my clients after this happened to me.
2. strands are falling out for a few reasons. for example - client is using too much conditioner. they are not supposed to put it on the scalp and bonds at all.
client has naturally greasy hair. - but you can tell that when she is in for a consultation.
client doesnt know how to brush hair extensions, doesnt hold extensions when brushing and causes too much tensions on roots and bonds.
3. it really depends on your and clients budget. celebrity elite (bohyme remi), I&K - my favourites. other people mentioned on this forum Foxy hair. I do not like cause too many short pieces in the strand. but hair doesnt turn frizzy after a month.

thanks for the advice, would yo mind telling me where you buy your silicone micro rings from? as i have bought from several places and some always turn silver.
also i find my pliers give me blisters from having to sqeeze so tight, can you recomend a good pair??
