Micro Ring/Micro Weft - reviews???

Hello! Am thinking of getting a full head of micro ring/micro weft extensions...have used clips ins for yrs and would like something a bit more permanent. not been too keen on the glue -in bonds as I've read/seen so many horror stories about bald patches etc...

Would you recommend this method? I thought it sounded good as there's no heat/glue involved, but am I wrong to think metal clamps would be any kinder??

Also I'm quite keen to still be able to put my hair up in a ponytail (not really able to with clip ins) so would the single strand method be better than the weft I presume?

Any info/opinions appreciated!!

there are some many different types available on the market but it all depends on your budget and benefits your looking for. you may need to research a little and speak to technician on here a little.
