Milkshake Vs L’Oréal

Hi everyone!
Sooo.. starting in a new salon next week! I’m used to using L’Oréal colours such as Dia Richesse/Light and Majirel.. how does milkshake compare to this?!

As in, are the colours roughly the same or? I know nothing about it!

Also.. what’s your thoughts on Milkshake? I’ve heard good things!
