Millie Macintosh hair colour

hi,
can anyone tell me how to get this hair colour and if there is a box dye which matches this colour? will be used on virgin medium/dark blonde hair with dyed medium/light blonde tips covering half the hair.

Please go to a salon or hair college. It's an insult to the hours we spend training to colour hair for you to ask us how to do it at home with nasty box dyes. A college will not charge you very much if cost is an issue.
