Hi,
Hoping someone can kindly help me please.

I’m mid 30’s with brown hair. On the back of my head I have a small area where the hair is completely white. Its looks like someone dabbed the back of my head with White paint.
Its not a really big area, it’s a little bit bigger than a Thumb nail.

In the past I’ve been getting it dyed by my hair dresser friend and she did a good job of covering it. However she has recently retired and moved to another state.

I don’t feel comfortable going to a new hair dresser to dye it so I want my partner to do it forme , before I go and get my hair cuts

I found out what my The Previous hair dresser Used to colour it….She used Majirel 6.11 and mixed that with 20 Vol solution.

I have since bought those two products but I forgot to ask my previous hair dresser how she mixed it…. I know she used to weigh it on digital scales, which I aslo have…..

I need help in finding how to mix this stuff together, just the enough to cover this small area each time.

I contacted Loreal but they refuse to help me because they say that product is for professional use only.

Hoping someone can give me the directions for mixing it ?

Thank you

Hello and welcome to the site.

I'm sorry but none of our registered hair professionals will be able to give you detailed technical information when it comes to attempts at home colouring.

The only suggestion that can be made is for you to visit a local training college where students are supervised or alternatively, a hairdresser who has the correct qualifications and colouring experience.

In the meantime and as you are not a salon professional, this thread has been moved to our Consumer Queries forum.

Hope that helps.
