Happy new year all!

After a little bit of help..
I'm setting up to go mobile, part time aswell as salon life and I'm just planning on seeing how things go!

When you fellow mobile therapists take a booking, is there some kind of script you send to your client about the day of appointment which includes what will happen when you arrive, eg setting up, what you or they may need, do you take any consultation forms with you or get them to do this prior etc etc?

I Always take consultation forms with me.

If a patch test is needed obviously this will be arranged on a day before the appointment so you would have already spoke about this when the appointment was made.

I'd only message to say what not to do etc if the appointment was for a tan or lashes. (What products not to use before their tan, no eye make up etc)

If you are new to a treatment it may be helpful to tell them beforehand approximately how long the appointment will be if you are needing extra time while you build your confidence/speed.
