I am soon to be a mobile therapist as I am about to finish college and want to do this in my spare time and build up a client base.

I have all the bits I need and I had a question about sterilising.

I know to wash the tools and put them in barbacide but how do you go about sterilising in between going to clients?

There's sanitising, desinfecting, and sterilising. I trained with CND and was told the first two were sufficient enough for files and equipment as a nail tech. So I sanitise first, then desinfect. Sterilising you'd need an autoclave for, I guess. And that would be a bit tricky as mobile
