I have got to get rid of the acrylic smell in my new space. However, I've never used odorless or hard gels... any suggestions? I'm open to trying new things.

Gelish Polygel seemingly has no odour

If you change your towel between each client and have a bin with a metal steak lid those pedal ones which security close and fairly decent ventilation you shouldn't have much or any smell unless you not changing your towel between each client.
Unless you ref to the smell as you working on the client which can't be avoided unless you change the monomer , nsi do a spa liquid . Odourless

Artistic Nail Design has a new dip system that is fast easy and no odor.

Polygel is also amazing! And has a very pleasant, light odor in the slip solution.
