Mosaic & Metro Powders

Could someone please post a tutorial for Ruby Slipper as featured in Nails Mag. Also I have the Metro powders and would like a tutorial on these if possible. Anyone used these.

There is a step by step in the Nails Magazine for the ruby red slipper, with very clear photos of 'how to'.

The metro powders are brill and easy to work with, the idea is..............play and see what you can do...you will surprise your self........

Only your imagination is needed here.............and some brill glitter dust .............if you can do L&P you can do metros and mosaics..........
