MoYou delivery problems

Has anyone else had problems with Moyou deliveries? I ordered stamping plates, polishes and a few accessories 2 weeks ago. The order, minus the polishes, arrived 9 days ago. They told me that Royal Mail do not deliver more than 4 polishes per package so my order was split into 3. To date I have still only received the first delivery. I have asked for a refund on the polishes but they will not refund something which has been posted. Understandable, but they haven't offered to trace my delivery. Feeling very, very frustrated. I've been in this business for over 30 years (yes, I'm ancient!) and this has never happened before!

Hey, was it MoYou London? There is another MoYou too I think!

I've never had any missing deliveries with MoYou London and if there has been a problem (once the wrong plate was sent) they sorted it really quickly.

Under U.K. law it's the sellers responsibility to make sure your items get to you. If they can't track the item to ensure it arrives they need to send it again or refund.

Like I say though, I have found them to be really good in the past. Maybe try again and hope the next person you speak to will be more helpful? Good luck

Hi Charberry. Yes, it's Moyou London. They've now said I am to let them know on Tuesday if it hasn't arrived and they'll send a new order out. Still a tad disappointed as I ordered over 2 weeks ago. Guess I'm just impatient!!!
