Hey !! I am s hairdresser from home so have been out of touch from a salon for a few years now as i do hair from home as i have a little boy but My brother had died his hair black and then just put peroxide on his hair which then turn his hair orange he then put a brown on and had now faded to a gingery brown used boxed colours on his hair colour his natural colour is a base 7/0 am I correct in thinking I can't put a 7/0 on and I have to go darker I always use wella koleston colour help would be much appreciated :-D x

Anything you do might react with box dye....metallic salts etc can you not cut it shorter a couple of times instead? Save damaging his hair more

He has had it cut but won't cut it all off and he has a wedding Saturday so this Is why he needs it colourful but bow hes had it cut he has his natural 7/0 around the back and sides and a very gingery 6/0 and need some advice on to try and get as close as I can to his natural rather than dyeing it darker and being back to square one again :-D help would be much appreciated x

You will need to use a color that contains blue ash if the hair is orange, which product range do you use? Id prob use a quasi/demi.

I normally use wella koliston perfect go you think if I used 77/0 and 9 % it would lift and then use a ash toner after to get rid of Any warm tones ?? X
