My first plea for help .. Acid Toner?

Hiya everyone

Ive recently done a Groupon offer (which has been super successful although quite stressful)
i have a lady who e-mailed me ( shes purchased my voucher)...

"I have purchased the groupon deal for colour and restyle etc. Please confirm that under this offer I will be able to have a colour regrowth and as I have white hair at the sides I need two different colours applied to ensure overall colour comes out the same. Usually I then have an acid toner applied all over"

uummmm ive never heard of an acid toner???

Advice would be hugely appreciated

Hey acid toners are used after a colouring process to close the cuticle layer making the hair much shinier also retaining colour vibrancy. If you dont use them normally in your salon I would not add this into the offer for just one client, I bet no one else will ask for one! hth x

ah you confirmed my suspision. Ive never used one in any of the salons ive worked in.

Is it essential she has it? im going to have to do her hair but dont really want to buy something i dont need.

Ive used them i the passed but I dont use them in my salon now, no it is not essential she has on, a good after colour shampoo and treatment does the same job! x
