can you over expose your nails to remover? i think is would work as a last resort but using very very little and working carefully as the remover dissolve the polish and can smear it - from what ive read i believe nail fresh works differently and only removes where you brush it (no?)

i wish i could just turn out a perfect french without any little adjustments, have to keep practicing (and dreaming) i guess :lol:

Does this technique of cleaning up the smile line with nailfresh not end up removing the base coat that you've already applied?

If it's any help - I haven't done my manicure section of NVQ yet - but I do go to a great lady to get my own nails done when I am in need of a treat. I always get french, it's so classy.

Sounds like she uses that stuff to clean up the smile lines and it's amazing to watch....she uses an orange stick with a little bit of cotton wool wrapped round the end. I suppose the angle of the stick is good for the line and it won't dissolve either.

Hope this helps, don't know how easy it is though...she makes it look easy.
x:)

No it doesn't ... if it did it wouldn't be much of a technique would it? lol

Hi,

I know CND Nail Fresh-in the blue bottle with the brush-as a non acid PRIMER for difficult nails avoiding liftings.
Are you talking about the same product here?
Can I use it also for Gel application to get a crisp smile line?

Thank you for an answer.

NailFresh is definitely not an acid free nail Primer. NailFresh is a natural nail surface cleanser and dehydrator.

The answer to your question is ... yes you can.

@geeg:
thank you so much for the quick reply-already found and bought the right thing. Now I am very curious how it works.:)
