Firstly, both your options state 'NSI or CND'. Maybe change that....
In fact, I would scrap the voting option all together and use the search box. There is plenty of info on this forum regarding courses.
You can only learn CND Shellac from a CND EA. Have a look in your area.
The training is, imo, fantastic. You will learn a lot and the support is ongoing.
I would always highly recommend CND.

I trained with Nail Harmony to do my gel polish training in Gelish and it was fantastic. Then I chose to train with NSI for my acrylic training. Training with a brand is best because you understand their products
