Nail gems

What do you use to keep the nail gems on so that they last until ready to be done again?

Buff the area, dot of nail adhesive then surround with top coat and cure

Thanks, I seen some nail resin on a site today, or would a regular nail glue be ok?

That's what I use. I tried bling it on gel but both myself and clients lost crystals
