Nail help please

Hi I had gel nails put on Friday and I’m aaturday I caught one which began to bleed but didn’t crack off. I’m in so much agony with it and it’s infected but I don’t know what to do for the best. I can’t soak it off without being in agony but it’s starting to swell
Any advice
