i am wondering if any of you wonderful people can help?
As a nurse i seldom have any professional work done on my nails as it is such a waste. No polish etc.
i have a problem with my left thumb nail in that it is coming away from the nail plate on the right lateral side. my nail has broken in to the nail bed here several times over the last year. I think it is caused by trauma where i push the lids of vaccine vials. I have now got myself an implement for this.
what i would like to know is the best way to encourage healing...at the moment it looks really dirty in that area. if i clean it out i am going to do further damage but for work it looks absolutely terrible...any ideas? cleaning and healing?
thanks you in advance
