I have a question about CND enamels, may I?
I have never used them so far and they are not cheap. For us, that is.
But I heard somebody say that it takes ages for them dry. And another piece of information - that you can dry CND varnishes in a UV lamp, where you usually cure gels and that it speeds up the drying process considerably...
Honestly, I was puzzled and that certainly didn't convince me to try...
Is there any truth to it? Or is it all just totally wrong?

Hi Ris ... a couple of years ago there were several CND colours that were very highly pigmented that did have a drying issue ... only a few out of hundreds of colours and by no means all; the problem was rectified ages ago "but the melody lingered on". So there is no truth that there is or even was a drying problem with all CND polishes .. if there were, no one would use them. In fact CND enamels dry quite quickly and the new formulation even more quickly still. Your second question about the UV lamp is not true ... a UV lamp does not help in drying the enamels. 'Fraid it's all totally wrong. x

Does it say when and where they will be available on the net?

Available on the net at www.sweetsquared.com AFTER the official launch which will be held in several locations in September. Ring S2 on 08452106060 for more information on that one.

Also try Essie... love them !!

China Glaze + OPI and NFU- There is nothing better!!!!

daisyl, geeg,
thank you for answering.

Yep, that's what I thought. I wonder why some people have to spread misinformation of this kind.

The new Colour and Effects are amazing!!!! The ease and beauty of application are unparalleled and the Effects are mind blowing fabulous. The dry time blew me away and I am dying for the launch so I can get my hands on the full range!!!!!! Wearabilty is the kind of quaility we expect from CND of course :)

I mainly use OPI and China glaze and find them really hard wearing! I mainly use these because they are more accessible to me at my wholesalers! If I order new colours over the internet I find the shade looks alot different when they arrive! x
