Nail problem: nail beds are white (onycholysis)

i have a problem with 3 of my nails for months now, I read that I just have to wait for them to reattach but i still have the problem..I think it's called onycholysis... 3 of my nails turned white all of a sudden from the tip to my nail beds, leaving the base/bottom part normal or pink..I have a habit of taking long baths and washing my hands every now and then maybe they've caused this and lack of protein i guess cause I don't take vitamins whatsoever.
