I opened up my nail salon a few months ago. I have a nail tech who has made it a point to follow our salon clients on social media. I just noticed that we are having alot of friends in common from our salon business page to her personal page that shows the work she does at the salon as well. She also likes to take pictures of all the work she does at the salon and its getting quite annoying.

Is this common practice? Do I need to address this?

Nail pictures on social media is quite a common thing, it showcases the work of the nail tech, however I would be making sure she's happy where she is (because it might be making up a portfolio to move on) in this discussion you could also ask her to include a salon water mark in her pictures, (or even to tag your salon page in them) to make sure people know that's where she is.

It may be that the clients are sending her friend requests. Lots of my clients send requests to my personal fb page.
If she is an employee can’t you ask her to stop taking photos or only to upload them to your business page?
