Natural grey help

Hi i have a natural grey client, and been using the Schwarzkopf slate grey (grey toner range) with 3% on wet.. can anyone shed some light as to why it’s fading a mucky blonde colour with slight demarcation line?? And how best to remove it, bleach cleanse with water not touching it..?

3% is strong enough to open the cuticle and deposit. You can either bleach it out and then tone it to blend in with the natural hair, or try a colour remover, but this may still leave yiu with a light blonde.
