Neutralising orange and red unwanted tones

Hi there I’m trying to find the best way to neutralise the unwanted tones in orange and red tones when lightning with bleach. I use blonde me by schwarzkopf 6% and 9%. I would like to get an ash tone or caramel tone mostly on darker hair. I use wella & L’Oréal any help would be really appreciated. Thanks

You'll have to lift it past red to a minimum of a 7 and preferable 8/9 in places before thinking about toning, if you want to achieve the colours in the picture.

So I’ve been looking at bleaching/ lightning then would I put a Demi colour all over to neutralise the unwanted tones in the lighter hair and give it a nice all over ash tone all over if it was darker like the pictures above with not so light hair? And if so which toners and semi/ Demi colours would you recommend? Thanks for your help.

You can't really answer that until you have lifted the hair.. then you would look at it and decide what tones you want to neutralise. Use the colour wheel to make that choice.
I always use colour touch or illumina to tone.
8.81 or 8.71 maybe but like I said you need to decide after you have lightened. You can mix colour together too

Brilliant thanks. So I bought wella colour touch 0,88 blue mix. 8,81 and 7.89 would you use pastel or 1.9 to tone? is it 2 parts pastel/1.9 :1 part colour ? Would you mix and 1 or 2 inches of 0,88? How long would you leave to develop for? Thanks

For colour touch use colour touch 1.9 developer mix 1:2
For illumina use pastel mix 1:2
Up to 20 mins keep an eye but I usually find on level 7 & 8 I need the full 20 mins x

Be careful with the 0.88 don't over do it can be quite strong
