Hi I am a beginner and was wondering if anyone can take a look at my recent sets and let me know any positive critique or Negative critique and suggestions on how I can improve

Good start, a few points:-

Lots more prep work needed. There is loads of cuticle and non-living tissue still attached to the natural nail. Do your cuticle work, then do it all again, you'll be amazed how much more comes off.

Keep the product off the skin, cuticle and side walls.

Refine your cuticle (zone 3) application so it smooth and melts seamlessly into the natural nail. No ledge and lumpy edges.

Buff more around the cuticle and sidewalls to get a smooth edge, no lumps and bumps.

Lay off the art until you master the basics. No point in decorating the house if the walls aren't built properly. Newbies think art hides faults, it doesn't, it actually highlights it. Spend longer getting your initial application correct, 5 minutes more on each nail will actually save time.

Practice, practice and more pratice but maybe a 1--2-1 class may help, no point6in practising wrong application.

Thanks! Some great feedback! Would you have any suggestions as to how to advise clients that I am Only offering the basics?

Also which of these would be my strongest set in your opinion?

Be honest. 'I'm still in training and looking for models at a reduced rate until I fully master my skills, as such, sets my take longer initially and there may be issues with longevity, so we would be working together to fix any issues that may occur'

Nude pink with butterfly decal on rkng finger.
Thank you. I would agree. I did these on myself. The Christmas ones were done on a client a few days ago and most of the others were done approx 4-6 months ago. I am finding new sets are lasting well but my refills I have struggled with on both longevity and speed and general application. Clients are getting around 3-4 weeks with some lifting upon return. Yet new sets definitely 4 weeks with minimal lifting.
I will be interested to see how the Christmas refill set last as my speed was better and I felt more confident with the prep work on this refill although application itself still needs refining .

Closer inspection of the red Christmas ones show the cuticle prep work needs more, fore finger for instance, the product is touching skin on the right, this is because the prep work needs better attention, then application needs to be refined by keeping the product away from the skin. Keep your brush between the skin and product. Then keep the polish/gel polish off the skin. Either by more accurate application and pulling the lateral folds out of the way when applying or going round after with a small brush dipped in IPA to remove before curing.

Definitely a better set, good work

Trinity has covered most of the points to be mentioned. I'd add that the white tips on your french are too low down. They should be nearer the top of the finger, to be in a more natural position.
