hi I just found your forum just in time it seems
i need a little advice my boss of only 2 months has sold the salon the new owner who we haven't yet met has said he'll keep us on but i'm a little scared its quite hard to work out the situation any advice on what my rights as an employee are would be gratefully received thanks in advance

If you have only been there 2 months, you have very few rights as yet. If you have been there longer than a year, TUPE kicks in. This is to ensure that you have continuity of service, and that your existing contract of employment is honoured.
