New client wants new colour

Hi I'm new to this been out of hairdressing for a long time and now returned loving it but struggling. I have a new client with full head tint 9.03 and also half head blond highlights she wants the warmth taking out would a bleach bath be the best way.

3% on highlights or 6% bleach bath for 10-20mins then tone with something cool/ashy
