Newbie - gel kit advice

Hi everyone,

I'm doing a gel course next month with the hope of being up and running as soon as poss after that from home.
The brands used in my training course are Gelish and ACG so I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on where best to get the kit when I qualify and rough estimate on cost? I have had my nails done using both brands and have always been happy with the results so im fine to learn with these products.

I know I will be told on the course where to buy etc and what to get, but I just wondered if anyone had an idea on first outlay costs etc? any any recommendations on suppliers? I've seen kits on amazon etc but am wary of these not being genuine.

Also am I right in thinking that you can use both products together?

You are correct to be wary of buying off amazon or ebay.
Start to research the prices of professional suppliers for the brands you might choose.

Thanks, I tried to look on gelish and ACG websites for proper prices but as im not qualified yet, I cant create an account to view the prices. x

Gelish is sold in Salon Services - you can buy your lamp & training kit there - they do VAT free days once a month which will save you a fortune should you decide to use Gelish. I trained with them & their support is fantastic so I am a bit biased - it's not cheap but I love Gelish & Nail Harmony x

Thanks. I'm not training directly with them but the product used is gelish and acg. I'll check salon services. Thank you
