I've just signed up here today (after browsing it many times for hints and tips
). I currently work full time (not in the beauty industry) but have always had a keen interest in nails, make up etc. I enjoy doing my own make up and have done some on friends and family. I also enjoy doing my nails (with polish) and enjoy experimenting with nail art.
I'd really like to undertake a course in nails and make up in particular but not really sure where to start? My local college are offering evening classes in nails (gel and acrylic extensions - using tips) and make up techniques (inc nail care, depilation and eye treatments). Would I be better off doing these as a starter to get a feel for things, or would it be better to look into private courses?
Any recommendations for private nail and/or make up courses? I'm a big fan of CND products as I've had the best experience with these, however I know their training courses are quite costly!
