Hi, Im sorry if this subject has been breached previously but I sometimes do my own acrylic nails, and do fill in's when I cannot get to a salon. My question is, I used to get really bad lifting on my nails so i bought this No burn Acrylic primer, by Sina. Now Ive never used a primer before but the one in the salon I beleive is different to the no burn one. This one has a very thick consistency and seems to take FOREVER to dry. it leavs my nails sticky, wet and near impossible to work with. I cant see how this is dehydrating my nails in prep for the acrylic.

Does anyone use this? Or can you give me any tips on primers i should be buying if oyu dont use this one?

Thanks :)

What brand of acrylic are u using?

Hi Ammy,

I am afraid as a non professional (according to your profile anyway) as professionals we really would not be advising you to be doing your own nails let alone using primers without having passed a course. Sorry.

This is a site for pros and aspiring pros in training. There is a forum for consumer questions but we wouldn't answer a question relating to DIY nails.
