I just received the one step gel. I was hoping it was soak off but it doesn't say in the jar and it doesn't say in the order page on the website so I assume it isn't. I watched a video in YouTube and it shows a clear sealer. I didn't order one. I'm wondering why it's called one step if a top coat is needed. Can anyone tell me if a clear top coat is needed for a sealer? Thank you.
