Hello - just browsing the capital website (as you do) and have noticed Nxt colours have brought out some "metallic" colours - there wasn't any shade guide on the website - just wondered if anyone has used them/how you use them (think they were permanant) X

I've seen this in the last week too, go on the capital hair and beauty website they have a shade chart, I'm going to be experimenting on my other half with the silver 10.11 next week, would love to hear some reviews on them

I seen the pink and thought with it being permanant it was a bit different - usually they are semis aren't they. I'm guessing with the lighter ones you can lift with them - I'd love to know how you get on with them! x

Im guessing they are semis will take some pics and post

Thank you [emoji4]X

This is my result using 9.12

hi geeks. I have a lady tomorrow who fancies a change. She’s 100% grey and normally has full head of highlights (bleach 7nn 7gb 8nn 8gb) she loves the silvery grey tones. So I’m going to do a full head of bleach foils then tone with nxt 8.12 which is a metallic silver blonde. Do you think this will be ok over her grey bits that will be weaved out beteeen the foils

Should be fine I don't see why not it will show the tone very much though when I go over white bleach blonde with 7.11 it looks almost bluish I think it will look lovely ... make sure you use 20 vol though!!!

maybe someone else can comment with expierance??

Thsvks for thst Hun. I only use 20 vol with it on towel dried hsir anyway. I’ve never done it on a lady with so much grey only used it with full head scalp bleach then toned so I was just concerned how it would take on the grey x

This is the nxt pink, I was a bit scared with it saying permanent but after 2 washes it had completely gone, good for me as I like to change mine quite frequently but definitely not permanent!

If they are anything like the majirel Metallics they're fab!!

"The Metallic shades contain an enhanced amount of ammonia, the same as the high-lift tints ( 11 and 12 ranges) in the NXT family, to ensure the colour result is as true as can be."

Sounds terrible when there are semi/demi options for metallic. Usually hair is already sensitised if you've lightened it for fashion colours. It doesn't sound like they last any longer than semis/demis.
