I already was a big Obama supporter, and am currently reading one of his books, and what a talented writer he is also!!

On reading all the information you give it surprises me that anyone would vote for McCain and that woman Palin.

What I love most that you don't even mention the colour of Barrack Obama's skin, because surely with the credentials he has it shouldn't really matter.
That said, it is a great thing that America has finally voted for and got a black President, and shows how far it has moved forward from the days of segregation and the Civil rights movement.

There is hope for you all yet :lol:

Thank you Izzi, I cried like a baby last night, then made my son get out of bed to watch HISTORY made right before his eyes- he got a big speech from me, and his 8 year old brain probably thought I was crazy! lol!

Some hardcore republicans are saying some nasty things already, and I hope they just relax, buckle up, and get ready for some house cleaning in Washington. I CAN'T WAIT. I am VERY proud of my country right now. ECSTATIC. I don't think I have ever felt so patriotic before.

I would have voted for Obama cos if you voted for McCain you would have been voting for Sarah Palin who called her child Track of all things! Just my honest (and extremely shallow) opinion! Lol. Lx

I actually feel more patriotic today for America (and I'm a Brit) than I did when we had our own elections!!

At least you got to democratically elect your country's leader :irked:

P.S. He has inherited a really crap country (I mean economically, the people are fantastic) as it stands at the moment though, hasn't he. All thanks to the Bush Administration!
