Online expenses tracker apps

Does anyone use Quickbooks or any other similar app to help keep track of expenses?
I have only recently discovered this is a thing and it seems like a godsend for someone like me who leaves receipts everywhere!
Any advice on what apps are best for a nail technician would be greatly appreciated

Some of our guys use Expensify. Not sure if its the kind of thing you're looking for - but it is a great system!

I use QuickFile. It links to my bank account and I think it was free if your turnover was under something like £50,000 x
