OPI nail lacquer problem

Hi,

Has anyone had any issues with OPI nail lacquer not drying? I'm prepping, basecoat, 2 x colour and top coat. I've tried using thinner coats/thicker coats, leaving a longer time/shorter time inbetween coats but it still smudges or pickles up. You can literally push it off the nail in places. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Applying two thin coats is the key, so that by the time you’ve finished the last nail of the second hand, the first layer on the first hand is practically dry.

Also remember to roll the polish bottles thoroughly before application, so that (a) there are no air bubbles and (b) the bottle ingredients have been blended properly.
