Does anyone have experience with this? I’m having 2 issues. I purchased the clear powder and tested it on me first. I’m having lifting problems. I have prepped the nails correctly, I don’t think I’m missing a step. The color powder shows no lifting what so ever. The second issue is I let the nails dry after applying the activator and when I applied the top coat the brush to the top coat hardened. I figured I didn’t let them dry enough so I waited 15 mins! And i used a new brush and it still hardened. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You!

Im trying so hard to like Powder Perfection but Im having problems with the top coat also. From what I gather, the clear powder is only supposed to go on top of the color powder. It's the 3rd layer. I've had a top coat harden up also. I'm on my second one and is now very stringy and I've only used it twice.

I had the same issue with the top coat getting stringy. Is anyone having an issue with the the coat becoming a streaky matte looking finish?

I've noticed that if you don't let the activator dry completely before you apply top coat this can happen.

I've been waiting at least 5 minutes before applying the top coat. Do I have to wait even longer than that?

That should be enough time. I've had it happen a couple times even if I wait that long too. I'm not sure either. Do they have a bruag cleaner that comes with the line?

I’m also having lifting, and not sure why. However, how I avoid the gummy/stiff top coat brush is to wipe it off after every nail. It seems wasteful but it is keeping it from getting stiff or gloopy. When it first happened, I soaked the brush in acetone. That helped a little but I’ve found just wiping it off in between each nail has eliminated the problem. I wipe it on a clean paper towel.

@JujusNails thanks for the recommendation. Do you ever get a tacky and matte finish after applying the top coat. I stopped using the OPI Perfection for this reason. I just couldn't get it right...

Only on one when I didn’t wait long enough for the activator to dry. The rest have all been shiny. Not shellac shiny, but some shine.
