I have a client who would like to get opti smoothing she has been using before but l have never used matrix opti smoothing kit. Can you guys advice me what should l add in my consultation sheets to avoid any damage to her hair. Basically looking for pros and cons to be able to provide best service and can advice the clients accordingly. I will appreciate the help from the all experts who has been using this product
