HI guys I really need some helps I got a client which we bleached her hair and tuner kind yellow so im going to use a toner on it she is like ash blonde i dont want any silver on it or gray... so i was thinking to use p01 but i dont know what to mix it with if i mix it with 10% 3% or with the luo developer which is i think 7.5% so if anyone can help please

I'm a bit confused.

You don't say you're a hairdresser but you mention bleaching the hair of a client.

What brand and tone would you normally use to tone down yellow? Would you want a blue, purple or green toner?

its just it turned kind of yellow then we dont want it silver just want a nice lovely light blonde if u know what i mean i went to sallys today to get the p01 and they run out of stock so do u know if theres any other together i could use?? and if they had the p01 woudl it work and how would i mix it help pls thanks

Well I know to mix it with 3% and I'm level 3

I use loreal and wella really anything lol just bought wella color fresh 0/6 and its not lifting the hair god help please I do a lot of clients but never use toners and always good but this damn blondor wella bleach turned my client hair yellow and I really need help please

First thing its always best to remain calm!!

what base have you lifted it up too? and what bleach did you use to lift and what % oxidant?


Colourfresh wont lift the hair it will only give tone... can you try attach a pic.... are you doing it on the computer or phone?

im on computer and the picture its on my computer now
i used 9% i used Wella Blondor Multi Blonde Powder it turned yellow and the ends on the back only they are more yellow then the rest of the hair kind orange just on the back ends and the rest yellow thanks so muchh for ur helpppppp
