Advice needed really quickly please

I spray tanned a girl last night using norvell ,
Her mom has sent me a message this morning saying she is patchy and really upset . Obviously I'm absolutely horrified but I genuinely don't know what to do . We weren't taught about this in my training ,
I patch tested her the week previous and all was fine and she said she did all the necessary steps to prep for the tan .
It's for her prom tomorrow and I really need aome advice

Don't worry. It happens to us all. Ask her to scrub tan off if she can and offer to tan her again for nothing.

Also Have you
Seen photos of patchiness? She may look fine. I've had a girl message me Saying her tan
Was patchy. When I went back to give her a free tan there was only a tiny bit where it had gone patchy and I'm
100% sure she had done it herself. I gave her a free tan nonetheless. She's a regular customer now .

Hi. Often it can be that the client has not exfoliated all product off their skin...they then blame the person who sprayed them or the product!
As Jane says often it good to get a picture or see them in person so you can see exactly what this issue is and yes sometimes you have to give away a tan but usually find that they will become a regular.
Just a quick tip if you have to re-spray part of the body and need to blend in, you could use a brush (something like a blush brush were the bristles are thick)..it works miracles. Its also good when you get get a "blob" of solution on any part of the body, it blends it in really well.
Happy Spraying....

Did she do all the prep though!!? You only have her word for it! Do you have a lot of experience in spray tanning?
